Job description

We're looking for a hands-on Technical Support Engineer to join our Customer Success team. You’ll be the hero our customers didn’t know they needed, jumping in when things get messy, untangling problems faster than you can say “Why isn’t this working?!”

By keeping our users happy and unblocked, you’ll help drive adoption, keep usage on track, and make sure everyone always knows what’s next (no crystal ball required).

This role comes with significant ownership: you’ll fix stuff, spot clever ways to make our processes smoother, and help shape how we scale support as we grow. If you’ve got a few years of SaaS support experience, love learning, and want to make an impact from day one, this is basically your playground.

Bonus points if you enjoy fast-paced challenges, love problem-solving, and think “helping people make work less boring” sounds like a perfectly reasonable life goal.

What you’ll be doing

  • Investigate customer issues and collaborate with engineering to get them solved fast

  • Partner with product: spot trends, share insights, and influence improvements that make a real impact

  • Work hand in hand with the Customer Success team to strengthen customer health and satisfaction

  • Communicate clearly and proactively, so customers always feel supported and guided

  • Keep an eye on customer usage and step in to drive engagement and value

  • Help scale the team’s technical expertise, processes, and communication skills as we grow

  • Write and maintain ‘Help Center’ documentation, guides, and FAQs to empower customers to help themselves

Job requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a SaaS support or customer-facing role

  • Strong drive and enthusiasm, you genuinely care about customer success

  • Friendly, clear, and confident communicator who makes things feel easy for our customers

  • Problem-solving mindset: you enjoy digging in, finding answers, and helping people move forward

  • Fluent in English + either Dutch or French

  • Curious, adaptable, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Bonus: familiarity with JSON (and a willingness to dive deeper technically)
