Full Stack Developer Student/Intern

At Donna, we're building the perfect AI sales assistant for field sales reps – so they can focus on what they do best: selling.

As an intern or working student Full-Stack Developer, you’ll join our team and get hands-on experience contributing to Donna in its early stages. You’ll work on real features, help build intuitive and performant tools, and get exposure to modern engineering practices in a fast-moving start-up.

You’ll collaborate with experienced developers and product leaders, and learn what it’s like to ship real code to real users.

While this is a full-stack role, most of your work will likely be frontend-leaning – think complex interfaces, admin tooling, and flow/configuration editors. You'll also have opportunities to dive into backend APIs and data flows when needed.

What you’ll be doing

A non-exhaustive list of things you could help with:

• Build and improve features across our web app, from UI to API

• Develop internal tools and interfaces for both the team and external users (e.g. admin pages, config editors)

• Work with modern technologies like TypeScript, React, Remix, and Node.js

• Contribute to UX and help ensure the product is intuitive and polished

• Collaborate with product and engineering to define and prioritize tasks

• Learn best practices for writing clean, testable, and maintainable code

• Explore AI/LLM integrations and their use in real-world apps

We’re looking for motivated students who are excited to gain real-world product and coding experience.

You might be a great fit if you:

• Are currently studying Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• Have hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, and/or Node.js (through projects, classes, or self-study)

• Are comfortable working on both frontend and backend (or eager to learn!)

• Are curious, resourceful, and not afraid to ask questions

• Enjoy building clean, user-friendly interfaces

• Can work from our office in Ghent at least 3 days per week

Bonus points for:

• Experience with modern frameworks like react-router v7 or Next.js

• Interest in working with AI or LLMs (e.g. OpenAI, LangChain)

• Personal or academic projects you’re proud of (feel free to share!)
