Job description
As our first dedicated marketing professional, you will own and coordinate all marketing efforts, transforming a wealth of possibilities into a clear, actionable strategy and plan. You’ll leverage your broad marketing knowledge, organizational skills, and network to build, prioritize, and execute impactful marketing campaigns. This role requires someone who can thrive in ambiguity, roll up their sleeves, and directly contribute to execution while leading marketing efforts.
What you’ll be doing
Own and execute a marketing strategy that drives growth, supports business goals, and strengthens Donna’s brand.
Lead demand generation across digital, content, events, and partnerships—hands-on in campaign setup, content creation (e.g. blogs, case studies), and tools (e.g. Lemlist, Clay).
Plan and run webinars and events end-to-end to position Donna as a thought leader.
Manage and optimize our website (CMS, SEO, performance) and social media channels.
Launch targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns in sync with sales.
Manage external partners (freelancers, agencies) to scale execution and ensure quality.
Collaborate with designers to deliver strong brand-consistent output.
Track performance, report on KPIs, and continuously refine strategy based on insights.
Own the marketing budget and make smart resource allocations.
Stay sharp on industry trends and competitor activity to inform our approach.
Job requirements
3+ years of experience in B2B/Enterprise SaaS marketing
Proven experience building and executing marketing plans in dynamic environments.
Strong ability to prioritize and make decisions in an ambiguous setting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with analytics tools and marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Lemlist, Clay, or equivalents).
Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus.

A network builder: You know where to find the best freelance or agency partners and have experience managing external collaborators effectively.
