Job description

Donna is the proactive AI assistant for field sales teams. We're a fast-moving startup with offices in Ghent, New York, and London, and we're looking for a student to join our marketing team this summer from our Ghent office. Timing: flexible to discuss: 2nd of June - August - September (July to be discussed)

What you'll do

  • Help create content for social media (mostly LinkedIn) and our blog

  • Help to boost employer branding activity

  • Prep for events: logistics, materials, communication

  • Support digital marketing initiatives:

    • Help set up and run email campaigns

    • Support website updates and copy refreshes

  • Pitch in wherever marketing needs an extra pair of hands

  • A student curious about marketing inside a real startup

  • Eager to learn, hands-on, and down to earth

  • Engaged, you actually care about the work and the outcome

  • Comfortable juggling a few things at once and picking things up fast

  • Bonus: you've played with social, AI tools, or basic design tools before
