Job description

We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Junior Customer Success Manager to join our growing CS team. In this role, you’ll manage the day-to-day relationships with smaller customer accounts, making sure they’re getting real value out of Donna. You’ll help drive adoption, keep usage on track, and ensure customers always know what’s next.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to grow fast, contribute ideas on how to scale a CS organisation, and make a real impact from day one.

What you’ll be doing

  • Monitor customer usage and proactively check in to drive engagement and value

  • Clearly communicate next steps, helping customers feel supported and guided

  • Investigate and resolve customer issues, focusing on delivering an effortless and positive experience

  • Work closely with the engineering team to triage and resolve high-priority issues

  • Collaborate with other Donna teams to ensure the customer’s voice is heard and factored into product decisions

  • Translate customer questions, needs, and challenges into simple, compelling solutions

  • Help identify scalable ways to improve the Customer Success organization and customer journeys

  • Own the follow-up and engagement of smaller customer accounts in our portfolio — from understanding their goals and objectives to onboarding, training and driving growth.

  • Capture and write out customer use cases that can be leveraged to illustrate value and best practices.

Job requirements

  • First professional experience (1 - 2 years) in a customer-facing or support role

  • A strong drive and enthusiasm for Customer Success

  • A friendly, clear, and confident communicator

  • Problem-solution mindset—you enjoy helping people and finding the right answers

  • Eagerness to learn quickly and grow in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

  • Fluent in English and Dutch

  • Highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented

Bonus points

  • Experience with CRM tools or SaaS platforms

  • Interest in sales, customer success, or tech startups

  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
