As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our growth by managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. What you’ll be doing

  • Be a true hunter: proactively prospect and build a pipeline through research, cold outreach, networking, and partnerships.

  • Achieve annual and quarterly revenue targets

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle—from targeting and discovery to demos, negotiation, and closing.

  • Sell consultatively to all levels of an organization—from end users to C-level—by understanding their challenges and aligning Donna’s value to real outcomes.

  • Drive long-term growth through a land-and-expand approach: build strong initial beachheads and grow accounts over time.

  • Shape our GTM motion by collaborating with marketing on ABM targeting and providing input to refine our ideal customer profile.

  • Use strategic storytelling to move beyond features—showing how Donna helps teams work smarter, win faster, and scale better.

  • Negotiate with pricing discipline and value-first conviction.

  • Share prospect insights with the team to continuously sharpen our product, messaging, and sales playbook.

  • Turn customers into champions—people who join the movement, not just buy the product.

Job requirements

  • Has 2–5+ years of experience in B2B sales, from sourcing to closing, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.

  • Experience selling into enterprise accounts, with an ability to navigate complex sales cycles.

  • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Dutch.

  • Can communicate both product value/benefits & technical features with credibility and clarity.

  • Is comfortable with CRM systems (HubSpot) and other sales enablement tools.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment and is eager to take on new challenges.

  • Is energized by solving real-world business problems.

  • Knows how to prioritize ruthlessly, learn quickly, and move with urgency.

  • Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams.
